Location:

The detached cottage / bungalow is located within 10 minutes walk of the beautiful pebbly beach and Lodmoor Country Park, and is ideally situated to enjoy the Olympic Sailing Events 2012. The cottage / bungalow sits in a sought after suburb of Weymouth, within a short distance of local amentities.  

Accomodation:
Our two bedroom holiday cottage / bungalow has gas central heating for your comfort and sleeps 5 – 7, set out as follows:

Bedrooms:

There are two bedrooms:

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, matching bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bed linen is included for your comfort.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bunk bed, comprising of a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above, accessed by a metal ladder that is permanently fixed to the bed and fitted wardrobe.

FRESH BED LINEN IS PROVIDED AND FITTED ON ALL NEW ARRIVALS

Living Area:

The Lounge / dining room is comfortably furnished with sofa beds, dining table and six chairs, TV (Freeview), DVD player (a selection of DVDs are available) together with books for your enjoyment.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Plates, cups, drinking glasses and pots and pans are provided for guests, should you wish to dine in.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with an electric shower fitted over. Towels are not provided so please remember to bring your own.

Garden:

The garden is fully enclosed and secluded. There is a small decked area, a gravel pathway and stairs leading to the lawned area. A rotary line is provided for guests to dry clothes / linen, together with an extending washing line attached to the garage with a hook on the fence.

Garage:

The garage is usually kept locked but keys are available for guests to store bikes, fishing gear, canoes, jet skis, small boats, water sports equipment, outdoor toys, wet clothing, boots and anything else we may have omitted that you wouldn’t want to leave outside. Please advise us if you wish to use the garage at time of booking so we can make the keys available upon your arrival.

There are two side gates to the property allowing easy exit or access if unlocked.

Bed linen is provided, but towels are not therefore please don’t forget to bring your own towels!
